Today we’d like to extend our warmest congratulations to Stéphane, a talented engineer at Pole Star, on his performance at the Half Altriman 2023 (half Ironman) competition at Les Angles in the Eastern Pyrenees on Saturday, July 8, 2023! Stéphane crossed the finish line in just 7h 57 mn and 52s, after 1.9 km swimming course at 1540 meters altitude, 102 km of cycling including three climbs of first category and 2,100 m of vertical drop еt 21 km of running with 520m of vertical dropt, Stéphane demonstrated exceptional determination and resilience. After finishing 332nd in the swimming event, he climbed 125 places in the 2 cycling and running events that followed, to finish 207th out of 406 participants.
This impressive performance testifies to his unwavering commitment to excellence and his competitive spirit. Stéphane pushed himself to the limit, demonstrating a perfect combination of mental and physical strength. His perseverance and discipline have been rewarded with this remarkable achievement.
